To fulfil its obligations PSIT Group Ltd. had created large network of partners around the country. Almost all of them are the branches of the former state computer service enterprise – PSIT. PSIT Group Ltd. signs a Co-operation Agreement with each of the other branches in order to join the resources available. According the agreement, PSIT Group Ltd. is authorised to sign binding contracts with native and foreign companies for installation, maintenance and service of computer equipment and peripherals and Systems; Participation in a tenders for delivery and installation of equipment and warranty and post warranty support; Assembly and manufacturing of different type of equipment.

More than 120 high experienced experts are working across the country in order to provide the following services on around the country

• Preventive maintenance services according to customer’s requirements;
• Repair of faulty equipment;
• Delivery of spare parts and consumables;
• Upgrade of existing equipment;
• Installation of new equipment;
• Study, projection, building and certification of cable network including structure cabling of any size, compliant with international standards;
• Warranty and post-warranty maintenance services of computer equipment;
• Delivery of IT equipment - brand name and assembled by PSIT.
• We guaranty the following standard conditions:
   · Four hours response time around the country from 8.30 - 17.30 each working day
   · Replacement of faulty parts

Additionally we could contract special conditions such as:

• To provide services 24 hours a day 7 days a week
• To provide 2 (two) hours response time etc.
